Obese but healthy individuals

Are there such a person as an obese but healthy individual?
Many people would point to obese people who have lived into their 70s or 80s to prove, “see, there could be overweight but healthy individuals, therefore there is no need to overstate the problems of weight”.  Well, if you look at a large group of people, I am sure you would be able to find plenty of smokers who have lived into their 70s or 80s also, but the question is would others in the group be able to live that long if they smoke?
Let’s consider simple physics.  Blood vessel in essence is just a kind of tube made of human tissue with elasticity.  The liquid pressure flowing inside an elastic tube would increase when the tube is squeezed.  That effect of obesity on pressure is just simple laws of physics and there’s no defying it.  What is the scenario like walking around for decades with increased liquid pressure all over your body, especially consider the effects of the pressure on your head – a hotter head?
Knees, waist and back no matter how humanly these body parts are, would eventually sustain and carry your upper body like any mechanical structure and devices.  Would you like the wear and tear of these structures to be routinely under 20 or 30 pounds of heavier loads for decades?
Do you still believe in “obese but healthy”? I don’t think so.
